Description:
Crepe paper is produced from electrical insulting kraft papers weighing 25-180g/㎡, and have an elongation of 15-300%. The crepe paper in roll form is available in base paper thickness of 0.050, 0.075, & 0.125mm with regular elongation of 60% or as per customer requirement.
The standard width of rolls is 900mm with a tolerance of ± 5mm and standard inner and outer diameter of roll is 76mm/700mm. Slitting services available on width 25mm, 30mm, 40mm and 70mm with ID 42mm and OD 200mm.
Advantage:
The extensibility of crepe paper makes it perfect insulation for irregular shapes and and surfaces, where a proper insulation cannot be reached by flat papers.
Application:
Typical applications including magnet wire insulation, layer insulation, shielding in power, distribution and instrument transformers.
